Measurements:

12 inches from top of shad to bottom

9 inches at the widest part

With the fixture attached you will need appx an 11 inch drop from the ceiling before you get to the shade, so plan for appx 2 feet of clearance. 

Chain links can be added to make the drop whatever you wish. 

Adjustable bar in ceiling mount gives a few inches of drop.

Shade is clean of chips or cracks except for a small chip along the inside edge where the fixture attaches. Cannot be seen with fixture attached.
