NAD 7020e Stereo Receiver. WHEN WORKING!! The 7020e, is similar to the 7225PE in
features and performance, except that it is based on the 3020i integrated
amplifier. It is rated at 20 watts per channel of steady-state power with +3 dB
of IHF dynamic headroom, meaning that in musical transients it produces up to
40 watts/channel of dynamic power at 8 or 4 ohms. The 7020e shares with all NAD
amplifiers and receivers a high-current output stage that, when playing music
instead of test tones, delivers full power to speakers of any impedance. Its
combination of dynamic power, Soft Clipping™, and unconstructed output current
give the 7020e a characteristic ability to drive even “difficult” speakers to
unexpectedly high-volume levels.
In addition to its surprisingly potent speaker-driving ability, the 7020e
contains the same quiet phono circuitry, sensitive digital tuning, wide stereo
separation, sharp audio-bandpass filtering, and musically useful tone controls
that larger NAD receivers employ. The 7020e is a no-compromise product,
characterised by the high-value engineering that stands behind every NAD
product.
Tuner features:
FM/AM stereo tuner with search & 5 presets, 75 ohm coax for FM & spring clip connections for FM 300 ohms & AM, ferrite rod antenna for AM. Superb quality sound, better than any Japanese tuner other than the super Fi models from the 70’s.
Amplifier:
Inputs for CD, Phono (MM), video & tape input. Also features bass, treble, loudness, balance, mono switch, 4 speakers can be connected & controlled via front panel. Headphone socket, soft clipping & 4 ohms/8 ohms impedance switch.
Great smooth, powerful detailed sound. Never harsh always natural. REAL Hi-Fi. WHEN WORKING!!
Rated at 20 real watts per channel into 8 ohms but as we all know loads more available. It behaves more like a 60-watt amplifier.

Buyers overseas: If you want to return an item you have purchased you must factor the cost to return the item. UK Higlands cost more than the standard £10 for mainland UK, Greece, Canaries, Croatia, Ukraine, Turkey, Finland, Malta, Cyprus, Belarus all cost more than the standard EU postage rate as quoted by Ebay.
