The Music Edition celebrates Audemars Piguet's longstanding cultural partnership with the music industry — a relationship that has elevated the Royal Oak and into one of the most recognized status symbols among artists, producers, and musicians worldwide. Released in 2022 and limited to 500 pieces in titanium, the 37mm reference distills the recording studio into a wearable form: the dial reproduces a VU meter audio equalizer with colorful rectangles ascending from blue through cyan, green, yellow, and red against the Tapisserie pattern, while the crown guards are shaped like mixing console faders sitting in grooved tracks, and the center strap links mimic the pattern of a guitar jack. It belongs to a broader five-model collection spanning titanium, ceramic, and gemstone-set white gold.
The 37mm case in brushed titanium features the signature octagonal bezel with eight hexagonal screws, screw-locked crown, and exhibition caseback. The blue Tapisserie dial carries the printed VU meter equalizer motif, white gold applied hour markers, and Royal Oak hands with luminescent coating beneath the AP logo at twelve. The in-house automatic Caliber 5909 delivers a 60-hour power reserve, completed by five interchangeable "constellation"-textured rubber straps — the primary blue plus four additional colors — with titanium AP pin buckle.
