Today's PCGS population is a tad north of 2,400. Blast white & exhibiting original mint cartwheel luster. 

Fully struck w/awesome details. The reverse eagle feather detail is as 3-D. No spotting, either side. 

No obverse toning! However, reverse, peripheral and very faint golden toning visible between 9K & 11K. 

Not distracting! Why this Washington wasn't certified, minimally, with a plus (+), is beyond me!!!!! 

Totally deserving of a plus and genuinely on the fence for the point!
