A fine quality reclaimed brass letter plate, knocker and striker. The letter plate has "Letters" in Gothic lettering on the flap and it has a nicely shaped handle. The set includes an ornate brass door knocker with a Dutch drop handle and ridged bands. The knocker has a striker with decorative fixing plate that matches the knockers fixing plate. The brass has some tarnish and light scratches. The back face of the letter plate and knocker have some tarnish. The screws have some surface rust. Please see pictures for condition details. The letter plate and knocker have an elegant period appearance and would make a real feature for a door. 

Letter plate 23cm x 9.8cm

Knocker 18cm x 7.2cm

Striker fixing plate 4.5cm x 5cm 

The knocker and striker plate have bolts that will allow for a door 4.5cm - 5cm thick APPROX. The letterplate has bolts that will allow for a door 4cm approx. If the door is thicker than 4cm, the bolts will need to be recessed into the door.
