Up for sale is an antique architectural lightning rod directional arrow sans cow, horse or some animal typically found on the end opposite the arrow.  This was recently found at auction in the Lancaster County PA area.  Nice verdigre finish.  Does not attract a magnet believed copper from the green finish the one end, the ball seems bronze where scratched, unknown the other end but still does not attract a magnet, could be copper as well.  The hole for the pole it would have sat on is 1".  Wonderful steampunk potential.  ~31.5"
