Overview
I started in 2021 as a side hustle to my mechanical engineering job that involved designing equipment for the food processing industry. We used thousands of collars a year and a few things bugged me. The quality of the foreign collars we were using always seemed to be subpar and the price was high for what we were getting. I set out to make collars onshore using high-quality stainless steel and spending the extra time to make sure I’m delivering a first-rate product. Every edge and hole is deburred to reduce/eliminate the risk of cuts. The country of origin and bore size is engraved to make identification easy. Finally, every collar is rinsed, washed and dried to remove any oil residue from the machining process. My hope is that you enjoy the fit and finish of my collars as much as I enjoy making them.
