What is this?

This is an IP KVM (keyboard/video/mouse) card that installs inside a
desktop or server, giving you full remote control — including BIOS-level
access and the ability to power on/off or reset the machine remotely —
even if the OS is unresponsive or the machine is powered down. It runs
the open-source PiKVM software and is a lower-cost alternative to
built-in IPMI/iDRAC/iLO management, especially useful for machines that
don't have those features or where licensing them is expensive.
