A beautiful set of 6 x pearlware pink dessert plates from mid 19th century Staffordshire, England made from ironstone and decorated with a pink ground rim, simple gilding and pierced border. The centres are decorated with exquisite hand painted floral sprays.
Size: 21.5cm diameter
The pieces are in good condition with no major damage. There is crazing on most pieces and two plates have a small flake of pink ground missing (see photos). Two plates also have a chip to their foot rims (see photos).
