Very well made and eye- popping neon yellow gift wrapped with reflective tape. you will not go unseen in this jacket! It is gently used, with some wear marks. but no rips or tears. I colored in the POLICE markings on the front and back with a magic marker because the emblems are sewn on and I did not want to risk cutting the jacket. You could wash them clean if so desired. I m 6'0" 230 lbs, and broad shouldered, and this jacket is big on me, with plenty of room for under layers. Feel free to ask questions.
