  This is a vintage Romanian military binocular model, used by the Romanian Army during the Cold War. It is marked “8x30 – 8°½” and carries the military code “B.C.N. 4”.

  It was manufactured in Romania by I.O.R., a well-known producer of high-quality military-grade optical equipment.
