This is a brand new and retired LEGO Friends 42639 Andrea's Modern Mansion.  It is new but the box has been opened.  It is 100% complete with all sealed bags and sealed manuals. The box is worn and has some damage.  Please see pictures for box condition.  It is perfect for the Lego Friends collector that doesn't care about the box.
