WARRANTY

The products sold on this site are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for defects of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02. To take advantage of the guarantee, the buyer must keep the document proving the purchase he will receive with the ordered goods. 

The 24 -month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02 is applied to the product that present a defect of conformity, provided that the product itself is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and the provisions of the attached technical documentation.

This guarantee is reserved for the private consumer (i.e. making the purchase without indicating the VAT number). A 12 -month guarantee will be reserved for VAT holders. In case of finding defect of conformity, the buyer will be entitled to restore the compliance of the product by repairing the product purchased.

The objects must be sent back to the original packaging where present and in the same conditions in which they reached the buyer.
