Tested:

Radio works great, AM and FM.
TV turns on, but only shows static. I was able to pick up audio for a couple stations, but it was still static. The static would change as I went through the stations, but never into a clear picture.
One of the antennas is missing.
The tape player is not working. It looks like it just needs a new belt.

So it needs some love, but probably not much to get it working well again. See images for cosmetic condition.
