Shipping:

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 - 3 working days after receiving payment confirmation. All parcels are posted via a rapid service – either 24hrs or 48hrs.

On some instances delivery might take a little longer. Please use the tracking number provided to view the journey of your order. If you have any delivery instructions that will help the driver find your property, please add them as 'note to seller' at point of transaction and we will endeavour to add these instructions to your shipment.

Couriers communicate with shoppers almost entirely by text or email. Please make sure to check that your valid mobile number is registered to your eBay account prior to making a purchase. This number will be used by the shipping provider to communicate with you about your delivery.

Collections are from Monday to Friday: 9.00am – 4.00pm

Collection location: Naomi House & Jacksplace Warehouse, Unit 3 Moorside Road, Winnall, Winchester, SO23 7RX

We only offer a collection service on weekdays from our warehouse in Winchester. Please make your purchase on eBay before contacting us to arrange a collection. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

How to collect:

Once you have bought your item, please get in touch to arrange a suitable collection date and time. When completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with a collection code (a QR code and 6 digit code) from eBay. We will ask you to show this number to us when you pick up your item. You can also access your collection code on the order details or via Contact Seller on the eBay app.

We will not release your purchase to you unless you can present this QR or six digit code from eBay.

• Can you combine postage? Yes, we can combine all UK orders. Please contact us before making a purchase and we can amend your invoice for you.
• Do you ship internationally? Yes. We use eBay's Global Shipping Programme which manages our combined postage. At checkout, your items should automatically combine into one postage cost for you.
• Do you deliver bikes? Unfortunately, no.
• Do you accept cash payments? Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash as payment. All payments must be made via eBay.
• Do you accept returns and refunds? Yes. The item being returned must be in its original condition and will be inspected. The refund will be provided in line with eBay policies.
• When can I collect my purchase? We will confirm the collection date and time with you via eBay messaging. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice beforehand.
