This hat is older. I don’t have an exact history on it. I do know that the client that I got this from traveled to Europe quite often. My gut feeling is she picked it up there. I believe the measurements about 7 1/4. It’s rather hard to tell with this particular kind of hat. It did have a brooch on it for a very long period of time that was covering the bow. That’s why when you look at the bow, you’ll see a couple pin marks. Those are not gonna come out. However, it’s ideal if you put another brooch on it  it is in good condition. There’s a couple dust marks on it. I tried to get them all off. It could probably use a little bit more cleaning than I gave it. I don’t see anything. The only thing is as I mentioned it has those pin marks. There’s mild pilling to the hat. However, I think that might even be part of the way the hats designed.  It’s in good condition. It’s fairly thick so it will provide plenty of warmth for the top of the head for sure.
