Need attention

The unit plays tape & recorder as well but there is some issues I notice

When I recorder using this item the sound quality is not clear as it should

The play switch seem to have a bit of play in it so might have to move it slightly for it to continue playing

When I try to release the tape it won’t have to release it manually as the lens mechanism is not returning back to in place so have to put a little black leaver to release the tape.
