Sie kaufen hier 3 stk K573RF2 / К573РФ2 Eproms aus Russland. Die stammen aus den spät 1980er und sind dunkelrot/bräunlich Keramik.

Als ich die bekommen haben waren all leer (nur FF), mit keine spuren von Aufklebereste. Es ist möglich das sie NOS sind, aber nach so viele Jahren kann ich natürlich da nicht sicher sein. Alle sind mit brauchbare (nicht verbogene) pins. Die waren nie festgelötet. 

Ich verschickt in ESD-Safe Verpackung.

This listing is for 3x K573RF2 / К573РФ2 Russian (USSR) Eproms. They were manufactured in the late 1980s and are the dark red/brown ceramic type.

All of them appear unused, were empty and had no signs of sticker residue. It's possible they are NOS, but after so many years I obviously cannot be sure of that. All the pins are useable (not bent) and they have never been soldered.

I will send in ESD safe packaging.
