The X3 Elite Home Gym Resistance Bands set includes four resistance bands, a bar, and a ground plate, providing everything you need for a full-body workout at home.

Set was purchased 4 to 5 years ago, and minimally used. Bands show a good deal of fading, but are in good working order. Very durable. I’m also including two additional handles that are not original to the set that can be used in alternative exercises.
