2/Maybe, your ears' fur is unkempt for the shipping.

Please don't worry about it. It can be adjusted well by comb gently.

 

3/It is normal that the fur is drop slightly.

 

4/It can't be washed by water. It can be bruch gently by wood comb.

There is metal wrie inner ears. It can be removed on the hoop freely.

2/length of tail is about 75cm

There is metal wire inner tail, belt style .

if you don't need the metal wrie , please contact us. 

The tail can be made with plug, if you need, please contact us.

 

3/size of necklace width-2cm length -42cm

The size can be adjusted from 33-36cm.

If you need the necklace longer, please contact us of custom made size.

The pendant can be custom made. Please contact us if you need.
