If you have a Megatouch Maxx Ruby that locks up or gives drive errors, chances are that your hard drive is going out.  Fixing it can be harder than you might think, but not with this brand new SSD hard drive.  Just take out the old one, and put this one in.  Even though it looks different, it works just the same (better, actually) as your old one.  It plugs straight into the IDE port on the motherboard, and the other end goes into the same power connector.

The first picture is the new SSD drive that you will receive with this listing.  The 2nd picture is a photo of an old Megatouch drive.  You will NOT be receiving one of these.  I just posted the picture so you will know which component is the hard drive, in case you are not familiar.

I will install the very latest version of the Ruby 2 software on this drive, so that you do not have to worry about bugs in the earlier versions of the software.  

This is a BRAND NEW SSD DRIVE!  If you look, 90% of the other drives being sold on eBay are USED DRIVES.  Why not buy a BRAND NEW DRIVE?  If you spend a few more bucks now, you won't have to worry about it for years!  Plus, this is a solid state drive (SSD).  That means less heat and no moving parts!

This drive will work with existing Ruby or Ruby 2 games. 

This kit WILL NOT update your existing game.  If you have a Maxx, Maxx2k, or Diamond game, this kit WILL NOT work.  If you are interested in updating your game, please check my other items, or contact me for more info.
