Condition is Used, but overall Very Good condition. 

A Classic LEGOLAND Town System set, Vintage 1980~!

 

 Of particular note: 

 

* Very good condition and color consistency overall in pieces with no major damage, yellowing or discoloration. Overall Vintage parts with the proper old moulding marks. Parts have been inventoried & inspected piece-by-piece to ensure quality and minimize marks.  Likely a set that saw light play before being stored away.  

*  Trans Clear part 3823 Windscreen 2 x 4 x 2 is shiny, clear, and crack free. Slight micro scuffing

 * Construction Worker pln037 Plain Blue Torso with Blue Arms, Black Legs, Red Construction Helmet, is in Very Good+ condition overall.  Solid stud head, vintage red helmet & hollow torso. 

* All of the minifigure's tools (utensils) are present.

* 6648 Instructions are Very Good overall. Nicely folded & overall flat without tears or page separations.  Light signs of use, such as minor edge wear, creases, yellowing, etc.

All parts, esp. figures, printed parts and trans. parts well packed in poly baggies.
