Business Policies
I ship within one business day, Monday-Friday, excluding
holidays. For example, items paid for on Friday will ship on Monday.
Unless it’s flat rate, shipping costs are dependent on the dimensions
and weight of the item, and the distance between buyer and seller. I do not add
any fees to shipping cost. What I paid for shipping is printed on your mail
label. Compare that to what you paid for shipping. Do not include taxes paid.
Taxes will be collected on some items. This is managed by eBay.
Returns are accepted for any reason within 30 days of receipt.
Policies: Returns must be processed through eBay; they must be the same
item I sold you, in the same condition I sold it to you in, including any
attached and/or unattached tags or product info; manufacturer seals and
packaging must be intact; always return with a tracking number. A
refund will be issued within 2 business days. No restocking fees.
On occasion, a listing may be non-returnable. Return status is
given in every listing.
I will combine shipping for multiple purchases of like items (for
example 2 books or 2 garments) purchased at the same time. Please
message me through eBay before you pay. Exceptions will be noted in the
listing.
International shipping, when offered, is processed through eBay
International Shipping only.
I will only ship to your address on file with eBay.
When used, props and display aids are not included in your
purchase.
I reuse boxes and packing materials when suitable. I do
not use materials that are not necessary for safe shipping, for example extra
plastic bags, ribbon, and tissue paper.
