COTTON WITH VELVETEEN WAISTBAND

CONDITION:

Fair. Skirt fabric is in excellent condition and net ruffle is intact. Zipper is completely broken and probably needs to be replaced. Good news is that the skirt is totally closed without a zipper, you don't need it. There is additional repair inside the waistband where velvet waist tape has been replaced with blue.
