This cable is used for connecting earlier specification Quad Preamplifiers such as the Quad 33, 34 and 44 to a Quad Power amplifiers with 4 Pin Din input such as a Quad 303 or 405 etc. Please note this is one of the few 4 pin din plugs that will physically fit the Quad 33 preamplifiers output socket.
