Welcome! This listing is for a lot of six (6) vintage Virginia Tech pins from the 1980s - very early 1990s. These have only had one owner and show a combination of academic and athletic support for the university. Each button is approximately 2.5 inches in diameter and sport the (or approximations of the) iconic Burnt Orange and Chicago Maroon colors of the Hokies. Each pin has a safety pin closure on the back and are all in Very Good Vintage Condition, with only very minor spots of tarnish/discoloration on the back in some cases.

Buttons included are:

• 3 identical designs of the "Lady Hokie Kid Force", supporting the late 1980s - early 1990s era of Virginia Tech Women's

• Orange rim with white background and maroon text and the iconic Virginia Tech 1872 War Memorial Pylons branding. This button has slight bumps on the front from the pin closure poking through during the button pressing process. There is slight discoloration on the back. This button is an excellent example of a long era of the Virginia Tech academic brand, which has been updated in the past few years.

• Orange background with white text that reads “You are the Hokie Spirit!”, and “RALLY FOR TECH!”, with the iconic Hokie Bird of the era. Wear this to show support for Virginia Tech student athletes!! This button also has minor raised bits on the front but not as pronounced and the shiny back has minor discolored areas.

• Orange background with a maroon athletic style VT overlayed with “GO HOKIES” in white text. This is a timeless classic pin for representing Virginia Tech sports or for any Hokie looking to support their school with a fun vintage pin. This pin has a smooth surface and minor discoloration on the shiny back.
