Vintage Gemsbok taxidermy shoulder mount purchased from an estate sale. The previous owner reportedly hunted this animal in South Africa around 40 years ago and had it displayed indoors ever since.
This is a large, impressive mount with long, symmetrical horns measuring approximately 38.5 inches. The facial markings, horn shape, and overall size make it a great display piece for a trophy room, cabin, lodge, office, or wildlife collection.
The mount is in good overall condition for its age.
