With inner sleeve and matt/glossy insert. Clean labels. SNA stamp on run off. Vinyl has some whispy lines on surface just from being stored in card inner for all this time. I pro-cleaned the record and dropped the needle on every tune and it appears to play clean.No warp. I don't think this has been played a great deal. I've stored the record in a separate sleeve.
