• Kindness, always. We’re friendly humans running a small business, and we treat our buyers with respect. We ask for the same in return.
• Found it cheaper? Send us the link. If it’s the same item in comparable condition from another UK seller or retailer, we may be able to beat it.
• Please check before buying. Photos, sizes, measurements, condition notes and descriptions are there to help you buy with confidence. If something matters to you, ask before purchasing.
• Brand new items. Please note that while some items are brand new and unworn, they may show minor signs of storage, such as light creasing, loose fibres or surface fluff from handling and storage. Nothing that normal garment care will not fix. This is one reason we never use stock photos! 
• No games, no drama. Genuine issue? Message us and we’ll sort it fairly. Fishing for partial refunds, item swapping or creative complaints will not get very far here.

📦 Shipping Info

• We have our parcels collected. Orders placed before 5pm are usually booked for collection the next working day. Orders placed after 5pm will usually be booked the next working day and collected the working day after that.
• Aside from the packaging we receive and reuse, our own standard packaging is paper based and fully recyclable - right down to the environmentally friendly ink and tape.
• Got a special delivery request? Send us a message before you buy - we’ll do our best to make it rain, figuratively of course.

🔁 Returns Policy

• We accept returns within 14 days where applicable - buyer pays return postage unless the item is not as described. Items must come back exactly as sent - unworn, unused, tags intact and with all original packaging where included.
• Refunds are processed within two working days once the item has been received back safely and checked.
• We keep additional photos and videos for every item, including labels, serial numbers, packaging and condition details. This protects both genuine buyers and us as sellers. Any attempted return fraud or item swapping will be reported to eBay. Creative interpretations of “item not as described” are not our thing.

💬 Offers

• We welcome fair offers - send one over and we’ll let you know if we can make it work. Please keep these things in mind:
  1. Lots of watchers usually means we are less likely to budge on price.
  2. Please don’t send intentionally low offers - for example, asking for 50% off. You’ll get a much better response if you start somewhere reasonable.
  3. We absolutely will respond to “what’s the least you will take?” with “what’s the most you will pay?”
  4. If the offer button isn’t showing, the price is firm.
