This piece is a sample of stellerite from Dyer Quarry, Birdsboro, Berks County, PA. Stellerite is a close cousin of stilbite and the two often occur together. I have seen, but cannot reproduce, a document from a testing lab naming this material stellerite. Call it stellerite or stilbite if you prefer! It is still a rare Pennsylvania sample.
