This unit comes from the estate of my uncle, who was a lifelong electronics buff, and who took excellent care of all of his equipment.
It is in very good cosmetic condition, displaying only minor normal wear.  It comes with a cord and it turns on.  It appears to be responsive to the different settings.  (Please watch the video.)   However, since I don't have a way to test all of the functions, it is being sold "as-is" with no returns accepted.  Please refer to the photos.
This is a very scarce and specialized unit.  After an exhaustive internet search, I could only find one for sale.  It was being offered by alltest.net for $3675.00.
