First edition of 1614 of this juridical work by the umbrian jurist Nicolaus Calvolus /fl. XVII century).

Calvolus wrote different works of civil procedure and law and between them this one "Communes conclusiones" considered his most famous work that was commented by scholars as Caspari Ziegleri.

In good conditions.

Parchment coeval cover with handwritten title in the spine in good conditions lightly worn in the extremities. Binding in good conditions but the body of the book is partially detached from the cover. Inside pages are in good conditions with occasional foxing. Little hole from initial page +7 to A with very slight loss of text. In 16. cm 16x11. Pp. (16)+448+(94).

In buone condizioni.

Copertina in piena pergamena coeva con titolo manoscritto al dorso in buone condizioni generali con lievi usure ai margini e dorso. Legatura in buone condizioni ma corpo del libro in parte staccato. All'interno le pagine si presentano in buone condizioni con rare fioriture. Piccolo foro dalla carta inziale +7 alla A con lievissima perdita di testo. In 16. cm 16x11. Pp. (16)+448+(94).
