1971 Chevrolet Camaro Pro-Touring
This 1971 Chevrolet Camaro Pro-Touring is a full-send second-gen build with the look, power, stance, and hardware to back it up. Finished in deep Green over a Black interior, this Camaro has the presence of a show car with the mechanical package of a serious street machine.

This Camaro features a Speedtech ExtReme chassis/subframe and Speedtech ExtReme Torque Arm kit, giving it a true Pro-Touring platform instead of just bolt-on upgrades. Add in big Baer 4-wheel disc brakes, power steering, mini tubs, staggered Billet Specialties wheels, Toyo Proxes tires, Vintage Air, Dakota Digital gauges, TMI interior, and a 3-inch stainless Borla exhaust, and you have one extremely well-rounded build.

Exterior
The exterior has the right attitude from every angle.

Finished in deep Green with gray accent striping, this Camaro has a clean but aggressive Pro-Touring look. The paint has a rich metallic appearance, and the contrasting hood and decklid treatment gives the car a custom performance feel without taking away from the classic second-generation Camaro body lines.

Up front, the car features a custom grille, Dapper headlights, updated lighting, and a front splitter. The cowl hood gives the car a muscular profile and hints at the boosted LS combination underneath.

Out back, the spoiler, custom taillight treatment, wide rear stance, and tucked wheel setup complete the look. It is low, wide, and aggressive - exactly how a Pro-Touring Camaro should sit.

Wheels & Stance
The stance is one of the first things you notice.

This Camaro rides on staggered Billet Specialties wheels with 19-inch wheels up front and 20-inch wheels in the rear. The rear has been mini-tubbed, allowing for a much wider tire package and giving the car that planted, modern Pro-Touring look.

The Toyo Proxes performance tires fill the wheel wells properly, and the red Baer calipers behind the wheels add the perfect contrast. The car sits low, wide, and purposeful without looking overdone.

Interior
The interior keeps things clean, functional, and performance-focused.

Inside, you'll find a Black TMI interior with upgraded bucket seats, a finished rear seat area, roll bar, and harnesses. The cockpit has the right balance of classic Camaro feel and modern usability.

Dakota Digital gauges give the driver a clean readout, while the Flaming River tilt column and custom steering wheel modernize the driving position. The custom center console with cup holders adds convenience, and Vintage heat and air keeps the cabin comfortable with cold A/C and hot heat.

Engine & Drivetrain
This Camaro is powered by a 408 Stroker LS engine topped with a 2.9L Whipple supercharger.

The engine bay is clean and purposeful, with electronic fuel injection, modern accessories, and a serious boosted LS setup sitting front and center. The 408/Whipple combination gives this car the kind of torque, throttle response, and power delivery that makes it much more than a cruiser.

Backing the engine is a freshly built TH400 automatic transmission paired with a Hughes 3000 stall converter. Out back is a Dutchman-built 9-inch rear end with Moser 35-spline axles and a Wavetrac posi unit.

A stainless 3-inch Borla exhaust system with Borla ProXS mufflers gives the car the sound to match the build. It has the deep, aggressive tone you want from a supercharged LS Camaro.

Chassis & Suspension
The chassis setup is what separates this car from a typical restomod.

This Camaro is equipped with the Speedtech ExtReme chassis/subframe and Speedtech ExtReme Torque Arm kit. That is a major upgrade and gives the car a much more serious foundation than a factory-style subframe setup.

The Speedtech ExtReme platform improves rigidity, suspension geometry, handling, and overall road feel. It gives the car the confidence and capability expected from a true Pro-Touring build, not just a classic with modern wheels.

The mini-tubbed rear, torque arm setup, Dutchman-built 9-inch rear, and wide rear tire package all work together to help put the power down properly.

Steering & Brakes
Power steering makes this Camaro easy to manage, especially with the wide wheel and tire package.

Braking is handled by big Baer 4-wheel disc brakes with drilled and slotted rotors. The red calipers look great behind the Billet Specialties wheels, but more importantly, they give the car the stopping power needed for this level of performance.

This car has the power, but it also has the chassis and brakes to support it.
