RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns of items that have been received faulty, 

however this is rare as all items are tested before shipping, we also test items that have been returned.

If you have purchased an item but it doesn't fit we will accept the return but the buyer pays for the return postage and the initial postage that we have to pay to send it out will also be deducted from any refund offered. The reason for this is because the listings clearly state sizes and it is the buyers responsibility to check what sizes will fit. To avoid this issue please contact us before a purchase is made if you are unsure of the size you need and we will be very happy to help. If we have sent out an item and it's not the size you have ordered we will of course pay for the return of the item and offer a full refund once it has been received.
