Womens Semi Sheer Chiffon Dress / Beach Cover Up by Tie Rack, one size (see measurements below)

 The cover up has a scoop neckline with a tie / lace up detail at the front, it is embellished with small multi coloured beads.  It is stitched down either side of the body and then drapes down the body, it has a tie / drawstring fastening around the hips and it is machine washable 

Falls 34 inches in length and measures up to 30 inches across the front of the bust when laid flat 

Has been worn but is still in great condition
