APPLICATION:
Please ensure the surface is dust- and oil-free before applying the graphics/stickers. IMPORTANT: Rinse thoroughly with soap and water after using cleaning agents. Do not use chemicals, as some cleaning agents leave a thin film that prevents the stickers from adhering!
PACKAGING AND SHIPPING (Read this first)
We pack the sticker sets in plastic bags and the rim stickers in cardboard boxes and ship them in an envelope stamped "DO NOT BEND". If you receive a bent or damaged envelope, please contact us. We will resend it to you or refund the purchase price.
Fast shipping! We don't sell custom-made items. Since we have all products in stock, we ship them on the same or next business day. We ship orders from Europe using Priority Post. Shipping within Europe typically takes 1-2 weeks, and to the rest of the world 2-4 weeks.
However, since this is international shipping, delays can occur due to issues such as bad weather, pandemics, strikes, long holidays, peak seasons, or careless postal workers. Most of our customers receive their orders quickly, though.
On some days, problems arise, causing most packages to be delayed or lost from that day onward. In this case, please be patient and contact us, but do not open a case or leave negative feedback! Please allow 7-10 days for us to resend or refund your order. Do not request a refund within one day of the estimated delivery date!
