We will accept returns if the item is defective or if an incorrect item was shipped (ie, the part number of the item is different to the one you ordered).

All returns must be reported within 14 days. All items must be in their original condition and with the part number sticker intact, so please check the items before any type of installation or modification takes place. 

If your return is approved, please make sure that the item is well packed to prevent damage during transport back to our office in Japan.

We will only refund the item cost once we have inspected the item after it has been returned to our office in Japan. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
