The trend continues for PSA to be excessively harsh at the Bulk grading level.  This card appears at least 1 full grade point better.  To make matters worse for the hobby and submitters, grading fees at the Bulk service level at PSA are $25 each and the turnaround time for those submissions is now at 7 to 9 months at the time of posting this listing.  I think it is reasonable to conclude prices for commons and minor stars, that are submitted at that service level will rise but it is also possible all cards valued under $500 will become harder to obtain.   Any questions, please send a message.
