The MERKUR 22C was originally developed in the 1920s. Its original design and reliable quality make it a timeless classic: the long handle and the knob with the diamond-shaped cross knurl provide a good grip even with wet, soapy fingers. The straight foam edge of the razor head, which has been tried and tested for 100 years, reliably ensures a smooth shave.
The long handle makes shaving smooth and the closed comb is an all-rounder for classic wet shaving, for beard and body. The generous blade gap allows soap and hair to drain easily so that the blade remains hygienically clean and free.
The maneuverable handle makes shaving smooth and the open tooth comb is the original version of the classic wet shave, even for long hair. The narrow teeth guide the razor head securely and dampen the vibrations of the blade. The good soap flow protects against blockages with hair or foam residues.
Safety razors with interchangeable blades have a long tradition. Shaves gently, safely and absolutely cleanly. You won't be able to shave so cheaply with any system blade razor! The unscrewable blade holder allows the razor blade to be changed safely and quickly. Perfect contours on sideburns or at the base of the beard are no longer a problem - the plane with the closed comb is very useful for this. The open comb is particularly recommended if longer beard hair needs to be shaved.
