Very unique item basically one of a kind! I cannot find any instance of a ticket from this session! This was a ground breaking session where the 26 amendment was passed lowering the voting age to 18!

This ticket is also signed by Representative Les Aspin who later served as Secretary of Defense for Bill Clinton. Clean autographs on memorabilia like this are VERY RARE!
