please look at back looks like some of the plating might have faded over the years in a few spots 

I think it might be a childs not sure I am a male and does easily stretch over my wrist, just looks small in person, but maybe just the style 

in signed in with on the company stamp as pictured, also marked P & K when locket is opened. 

has some left over tin foil on inside that you can remove if you like. 

I don't see any marking in regards to gold content 

not sure of exact age but did get this with a bunch of victorian jewelry I got years back
