A handsome and whole first edition copy of this significant work, complete with fold-out map. 

     Regarding issue points for identification of a first issue, the first issue copies print "business" on line 11 of page 40, "nine o'clock" on line 1 of page 64, and "Long Islands" on lines 9-10 of page 101. This volume entirely matches this description, however at the rear adverts, '5G.4.86' & '5B.4.86' are expected as page identifiers but this volume reads 5G-7,86' suggesting a slightly later issue of the publisher's catalogue. Therefore, we cannot describe this item as a true first issue though it remains incredibly early.
