This auction is for an antique German composition doll body, 1890+. Overall, a good German doll body with normal wear, strung fine with all fingers intact. Measures between 21" and 22" tall and is costumed in antique dress, slip, top, pantaloons, stockings and shoes. Clothing has hooks at the back and shows some wear, mostly the dress with a small rip as shown and a little age discoloration. One stocking has a hole at the heel and the shoes are very worn with laces falling apart. The shoes will be places in a small bag and not back on the doll since they are not in good shape. There is a "scratch" on one leg of the body as you can see in my photos and the composition is a little "rough" at the neck area. I have shown a tape measure for size.
