The auction is for a very good copy of the ReaLemon Recipe Collection cookbook, published by Borden, Inc. and the Puritan-ReaLemon Company in 1997 (2nd edition).  

The book has hard covers, with a metal "spiral" binding so the pages lay flat when you go to use them.  It's generously illustrated with color photos of recipes, usually a photo per page, and the recipes the photos go with are identified.  The main problem potential with this book is that nearly every recipe calls for either a ReaLemon product or a Borden product, which may or may not be available today.  Usually, however, it should be relatively easy to swap out another product or container size; if not, it's time to get creative!
