Delivery times are generally 1-3 days for standard shipping to metropolitan areas on the east coast. Please note that deliveries to WA, SA, NT, and regional or remote areas may take longer.

Warranty Claims: If accepted by Parts 360 Auto, shipping costs for returns will be refunded.

Replacements: We provide replacements (including shipping) for:

• Damaged items during delivery

• Incorrect items shipped

• Items with manufacturing defects

• Items not marked as Clearance

Replacements are issued upon inspection of returned items, excluding Clearance items.

Exchanges: Exchanges are only accepted for unused products in original packaging, excluding Clearance items. Electrical components cannot be returned if the seal is broken.
