Good conditioned scanner. No damage and appears to be only moderately used. Only a few small surface abrasions can be seen on top of the unit. All functionality and buttons seem to be barely used and display screen still has original protectant plastic in place.

*This unit does not include it's DC power cable - but has been tested, working.  Also includes mounting bracket, antenna, software disc, connection cable, and user manual.
