To keep shipping free for US addresses, we use USPS Ground Advantage. This service typically delivers within 5 business days, but delivery times aren't guaranteed by a specific date, and occasional delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or other factors.

We've had an excellent track record with this service, with only a few minor delays over the years. All orders ship within 24 hours of payment clearing and include signature confirmation and insurance.

If you choose an expedited shipping option before 12pm EST, we'll do our best to ship it the same day.

On International orders we charge calculated shipping using eBay's "Global Shipping" program. We recommend researching the details about the program.

Returns

By default we list everything with "No Returns" selected. Every item is thoroughly tested with components and serials recorded. We will however abide by a 30 Day Inspection/Return Policy on pre-existing defects.
