Available here is sewing pattern 8348 from Simplicity.

It contains patterns and instructions to make blouse w optional bat wing sleeves.

It is for size 8 to fit 31 1/2 inch bust, 24 inch waist and 33 1/2 inch hips.

This 1977 pattern comes complete with uncut, factory folded pattern pieces, instructions and original pattern envelope.

The pattern envelope is missing the closure flap, has minor tearing, creasing and wear. The pattern inside is in excellent condition.
