Description

The computer case on this PC supports both USB-C and USB 3.0 ports but in order for all of those ports to be active it would require a motherboard that has 2 USB 3.0 headers.

Most motherboards, including this one in this PC, only have 1 USB 3.0 header.

So because of this, we chose to connect the USB 3.0 front ports on the case to the USB 3.0 motherboard header, which leaves the USB-C front port inactive.

This can be easily changed within minutes and if you’d like us to switch it to USB-C before we ship the PC to you please message us.

For computers and monitors, please make sure to include all foam and/or bubble wrap back into the original box so that the product does not get damaged on return shipping. For Gaming PCs, please be sure to include the form fitting foam that protects the graphics card. If for any reason you lost any of the original packaging please contact our customer support team for our best suggestion to get the product shipped back undamaged. We check serial #’s for all products shipped. Please do not try to return an item that is not the same serial # that we shipped you.
