Each unit has 8GB RAM, with only one unit including a 256GB SSD while 5 units are missing storage, and no operating systems installed. These laptops are ideal for technicians or resellers looking for cost-effective repair or bulk deployment opportunities.

Shipping will only be to a confirmed address that is on file with eBay at the time of payment. We ship Monday – Friday. If an order is received after 10am EST, it will be shipped the next business day.

We warranty all items unless the item description states the item is "untested", "not working", "for parts," or other term that would indicate the item should not be expected to work.

• Warranty applies to items that will not turn on, will not power up, or will not run self-tests as described in the listing. Our guarantee is for repair, replacement, or refund.

• All warranties and return requests must be made within 30 days of the sale item reaching the buyer-provided ship-to address. 

• Warranty does not apply for 'change of mind, compatibility issues, or other similar reasons.

• Compatibility  We will not be responsible for any compatibility issues. It is the responsibility of the buyer to do their own homework and ensure the product is compatible with what they are purchasing it for. If the buyer has any questions concerning the item and its functionality, please contact us prior to purchasing the item. Returns will not be accepted due to "wrong item purchased", “just didn't like it” or "changed my mind" reason's. Some listings may not come with software required for the unit.  If it is not listed, it does not come with it.

• Returned products must be in the same condition as when they were shipped to you, the buyer. This may exclude damage done during shipping by a carrier. 

• If the item you purchased was misrepresented by us or damaged in shipping: you can obtain a full refund. To get a full refund, you must call or email us within 30 days of receiving your item. 

• For Shipping Damage claims, we require photos of the box damage, with product damage, so we can file a claim with the shipper.

• If you changed your mind and do not want your item: we can authorize you to return it for a refund of the cost of the item, not including shipping. We will not accept returns in cases when the condition of the item and/or retail packaging has been compromised, changed, modified or altered. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and is required to complete a “Mutual Agreement to Cancel the Transaction Form” through eBay.

• If an item has a warranty seal on it, do not break the seal before contacting us. Doing so will void any warranty and return

If a Laptop or Desktop turns on and shows "Hard Drive Error" "Media Not Found" or "No Bootable Device Found" type of message on the screen please note that this is not a defect in the unit. It means an Operating System (or hard drive) needs to be loaded on the unit. If Laptop or Desktop is sold without a hard drive or operating system it will be clearly noted in the listing.

eBay charges sales tax for the respective states. If you have a reseller certificate, please file that with eBay in order to get a credit on sales tax. Please do this prior to making a purchase.

ITEMS THAT ARE SOLD “AS IS”, “NOT TESTED”, “NOT WORKING”, “FOR PARTS” the buyer acknowledges the status and condition of the item before purchase. Returns will be gladly accepted. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply.
